The Tax Form is a vital tool in maintaining Sigma Beta’s tax exempt/tax deductible status with the IRS. Each chapter must file this form annually to assist the National Tax Advisor in her duties and to avoid a fine. Forms are mailed out in August and are to be postmarked no later than October 5th. All questions may be directed to the National Tax Advisor, whose contact information is available in a current Charlotta or by visiting the Contacts page. She will be more than happy to guide you through the process and ensure a timely and accurate report. If your chapter has not received its Tax Form by September, please contact the National Tax Advisor immediately.
